RepMatch is a sales recruitment agency. You pay a flat monthly retainer for us to source, vet, place and actively manage your sales reps — who themselves work on a commission-based structure.
How it works
Two costs. Both aligned to your revenue.
We're transparent about how sales recruitment actually works. There are two costs when you hire through RepMatch — and we've designed both to reduce your risk.
Our agency retainer
A flat monthly fee you pay us to run the entire hiring engine — sourcing, vetting, onboarding, coaching, script iteration, KPI dashboards and replacement guarantees. This is what makes us an agency, not a job board.
Rep commission
A performance-based commission you pay the rep on closed revenue or qualified meetings booked. Typical structures are 10–18% of cash collected for closers, or £100–£400 per qualified meeting for setters. We help you design a commission that attracts top talent.

Sourcing & vetting
We screen 40+ applicants per role down to your top 3 matches with live roleplay, pipeline sim and reference checks.
Onboarding & enablement
Scripts, objection handling, CRM setup and KPI dashboards built in. First calls dialled by day 14.
Ongoing management
Weekly performance reviews, call coaching and script iteration with a dedicated RepMatch sales operator.
Pricing questions.
Is this a retainer or a placement fee?

It's a monthly retainer. Unlike traditional recruiters who charge a large one-off placement fee (typically 20% of first-year salary), we charge a predictable monthly amount for ongoing sourcing, management and coaching. You always know what you're paying.
How is the rep paid?

Separately, and by you — directly to the rep. Reps work on a commission-based structure (percentage of cash collected or per qualified meeting). We help you design a competitive commission during onboarding.
Is there a minimum term?

We ask for an initial 3-month commitment so we can properly source, place and stabilise a rep. After month 3, it's month-to-month — cancel with 30 days' notice.
What if the rep doesn't work out?

Every placement includes a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a rep isn't performing or isn't a culture fit, we replace them at no extra sourcing cost. Growth plan clients get a 7-day priority replacement SLA.
Do you take a cut of rep commissions?

No. 100% of the commission goes to the rep. Our only revenue from you is the monthly retainer.
