How do you vet your reps?

Every applicant goes through a 4-stage process: application screen, recorded video pitch, live roleplay with a RepMatch operator, and a final reference check. Only the top 3% make it into our talent pool.
What does it cost to hire through RepMatch?

We charge a one-time placement fee based on the role. For pure commission roles, this is significantly lower than traditional recruiter fees. There are no monthly retainers or hidden costs.
What if a rep doesn't perform?

Every placement comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If the rep isn't hitting agreed KPIs in the first month, we'll source a replacement at no extra sourcing cost.
How long does placement take?

Average end-to-end placement is 14 days from kickoff call to first dial. Setter roles often go faster (7–10 days).
Can I hire commission-only reps legally?

Yes — for self-employed contractors and IR35-compliant roles in the UK. We help structure the engagement properly and provide template contracts.
Do you only work with UK companies?

We're UK-based but place reps for clients across the UK, EU and US. Most of our talent pool is remote-first.

Do you provide ongoing training?

Yes. All placed reps get access to our weekly group coaching, script library and private community. Clients also get monthly performance reviews with a RepMatch operator.
