Why RepMatch exists.
After 8 years building outbound teams for SaaS and agencies, we kept hitting the same wall: traditional recruiters didn't understand sales, and job boards were full of unvetted noise.
We launched RepMatch in 2021 with one belief — incentives should be aligned. Companies should pay for results. Reps should be paid what they're worth. Recruitment should take days, not months.
Today we've placed 850+ reps across 200+ companies, generating £12M+ in client revenue and 4.9/5 on Trustpilot.
